And if you do, you will most likely get fired. No advancement at all unless you want to become a manager. I witnessed about 10 plus people die over my tenure there probably due to stress. There is not enough $ to pay me to ever go back to this place. Then an hour later wonders why you are not done with your project. Being tasked with a project and you focus on that, and while working on said project your manager walks over to you and tells you to pull a call. This was the most stressful job I have ever had, and it wasn't because of the work involved, but due to the terrible micro-management and unfair expectations set, paired with little or no training. I worked for this company for over 10 years, and I can honestly say I regret not leaving sooner. I may not necessarily have the chance to advance but you - more. From associates in you department, to management staff in another, to international employees on the other side of the globe, I felt I made lasting relationships with those I worked with. The interpersonal relationships you can easily develop there was amazing. It seemed as if sales and the engineering departments were ever recognized for the hard work the put in I know this first hand as my responsibilities in the department shifted under different teams so I worked under ever manager in the Order Management Department at one time excluding one.ĭepending on the division you work with you will either get paid more, about the average, or quite a bit less than what the national average is. Others, I do not know how that even got into the position they did as they had no even the faintest clue on how to do the jobs of the people under them. They truely new how to get things done and made you feel like you were a part of the team. Regarding managment, some were spot on and were amazing to work with. The communication between department, and the understanding of processes across the divisions was almost non-existant. Almost as if people were working at different companies. So, the company seemingly was comprised of several echo chambers in that people in one department would describe their view in one way while another group from another department would be completely different. I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.Trying to get my thoughts together on how to describe my experience at Nuance. After one week, they called me and said they want to continue in the Process!! Congrats you passed! need my availability time for the next round! Then after i replied, the next day they sent me that they have misunderstood the interviewer ! and they need to wait more time to decide, then when i ask about the process, they tell me i have to wait, since people are more experienced are being interviewd there (i have 6 years of experience). then they apologized, and asked to schedule it for next week, so i accepted, and the interview was fine. We scheduled for some time, but the Interviewers didn't show up to the interview! and they Cancelled it after it was already started. First of all, an HR contacted me, we have a video call I talked about my experience, and what i did in my previous job, in the end she told me they are interested to continue in the process, but they don't have open positions right now!! After about 1 month, she contacted me again, that they have open position, and want to schedule an interview. Waste of time! I saw some bad experiences here, but didn't expect it would happen to me also.
